This team is full of shyt on all fronts… literally ran Cooper outta town after he was brought in to save the team and gave him away for a bag of peanuts.

Cooper wasn’t a leader in the locker room. His demeanor is why the raiders bushed him. The only bad part of him coming to Dallas is what they gave up to get him. But it’s basically a wash at this point.
