The writing was on the wall. Most if not all of us wanted this nikka gone after 2019 when he wasnt on the field on 4th down against Philly with the game on the line.

What #1 receiver you know on any other team that was outperformed by 2 other players?

As if he had a QB that could get him the ball

Dak has regressed and hit his ceiling in his rookie season

True. I had this discussion last night with my home when we were trying to rank Amari among the other top Wrs :francis:

True but Ceedee had the same QB throwing to him and still outperformed him :patrice:

All apart of how the "business" goes

They purposely phased him out cause they weren't gonna pay after this past season

Drafting Lamb did that. Wak went out of his way forcing bad passes to Lamb instead of Amari

:yeshrug: I don't want the Cowboys to get rid of Amari, but I've always felt that if Cowboys knew they were gonna end up drafting CeeDee Lamb in the 1st round of the 2020 NFL Draft, I don't think they would have given Amari that big contract extension.

Good for Coop. He's still only 27 so he's just now in the prime of his career. Wherever he lands, he'll be more appreciated and he'll continue to be a beast.

Flabbergasted that Dallas would just cut him for NOTHING in return, but I assume they have to do it that way to get the benefit of the cap relief.

Either way, Treylon Burks has to be the target for Dallas now.
