He's the main reason this thread was created. HBK basically tabbed Melo as the next star on the rise, then Melo was drafted to Smackdown and HHH completely fukked him over.

I feel like WWE kinda struggle with mid card dudes unless they’re in title programs. Idk what’s happened to Melo since I stopped tuning in, but when I was watching Finn Balor was eating losses like Scooby snacks, Austin Theory was collecting L’s like pokemon, Santos Escobar and the messcans were barely around, Dominic Mysterio was getting the biggest reactions while being relegated to a male valet, Kevin Owens was losing every feud, Chad Gable was teaming with some American NXT nikkas and losing, etc. Jey Uso was being a loser too but I guess they finally let him win something.. Ludwig Kaiser, Pete Dunne, Sheamus.. half the roster wasn’t on shyt


I can go up and down the roster low key. Buncha nikkas ain’t on shyt.. that’s why I’m asking about Melo, what happened to buddy to make it cism? Like is it on par with everyone else and yall just mad he not winning titles, or do they got bro tap dancing wearing red?

Breh you asked what the issue with Melo is. Several posters explained he ain't been doin anything lol. It's not a matter of Bron having a slight edge over Melo... it's a matter of Melo is doing nothing while Bron got the rocket.

The reason I'm bringing it up is because they were once equals under a different booker. I don't expect that Melo is ever going to surpass Bron on the main. What we all expected is for Melo to do something..

What's even more embarrassing is that we saw Tiffany get completely exposed last week, but that's not going to stop banana nose from continuing her ridiculous push. Melo hasn't done anything wrong and he's being treated like he fukked up a ppv main event against Stone Cold. There's absolutely no reason why Melo shouldn't be getting the Bron push, especially after Nak's recent horrific title run. HHH really created a whole feud between Melo & Knight, just to have Nak win the belt out of nowhere for no reason.

I honestly feel like the Melo hatred is more of Triple Nah nikka feelings to how the black performers got over in Hicklebottom's NXXXT. Melo, Trick, and em have this aura of cool and black excellence that doesn't register to Hunter White Privilege.

When Trips had the book, it was Keith Lee, Dream, Rico, and a few others. Outside of Dream (who fukked over himself), the rest of the crew were typical boring ass stunt doubles that mesh with Trips vanity projects of Ciampa, Gargano, and the rest of the kick pad cacs.

Once Dub came through and crush the buildings with doing what Black and Yellow was doing but ten times better, of course Trips had to get the boot from Vinnie, which killed his ego and pride.

Then reality hits again. That this man is a failure to everything outside of wrestling and stuck in a relic known as the WWE. He failed to bring that NWA territory energy because it wasn't moving the needle. And the fukking GALL, of the better DX member cockeyed Hicklebottom to once again take my spot and show to make it into this hood gangster black nonsense (his words not the marsupials).

So depression kick full throttle and his heart was broken literally. Until Vince was outted as a sick man with sick sick thoughts, and now the book returns into the hands of Triple Four Step and Salute.

And thus, its a full blown revenge tour as NXT Black and Gold gets diplomatic immunity, while he scorches the earth with anybody that oppose his dreams of Rock and Roll Wrestling 2.0

HBK mighta booked them as equals and that’s cool. Roman was booked as mid carder and tag team nikka once. That doesn’t change what we all knew which is that WWE had handpicked him as the next in line when it was time.
