TKO are just business people that just want their ROI, everything you see happening creative wise is all on HHH. What you're seeing in the WWE is exactly what happened when Endeavor bought the UFC, and that's they let whoever has the most experience continue to run things. Not sure what you mean saying they were cooking in December, since we're calling out HHH's continued mishandling of black talent since he took over booking.
