The part of NXT that I find annoying is their tendency to portray individuals as dominant stars or champions. Yet once they make it to the main roster, behind the hype generated by Neckbeards they are often treated as complete fools. Also, the commentators rarely acknowledge their successful history in NXT, which is an important factor in building up an wrestler. It’s frustrating when an individual’s journey from NXT to the main roster is abruptly stopped if they don’t align with being big nose teachers pet.

Bianca was an after thought in NXT. She didn’t really become a star until Vince seen her.

Vince let Athena keep everything she had from NXT and still couldn't get over. A lot of them only work on an indie scale, and the main roster exposes a lot of them. Vince fukked up a few but people blame him or all the failures instead of just admitting that some just work better in front of a few hundred people. Bianca getting called up was the best thing to happen to her, because she got to grow and learn from 2 of the best.

Having Melo do a 7 match series only to lose feels like a on-screen punishment. Melo could use being put over as a heel for "Stealing" the US title from someone as over as LAK and dropping it back to him.

Meanwhile, Melo's NXT contemporaries are EATIN (albeit with bad booking also).
