That first open 3 he had he should’ve shot it in one motion but nah nikka thought he was Klay taking a dribble first smh

Then the second 3 off the transition was egregious.. like bro your not that guy
Yeah I knew he was missing that first one the moment he checked his feet. You could tell he was thinking about it.

We know why they were given 3 seconds.

If I'm Miami, I'm filing for this to be overturned. I don't care how pathetic it looks. Can't be any worse than losing Game 7. :yeshrug:

At least with Harden, you know a strip club is involved with him not showing up, how you be the first one in and last one out and still not show up when it counts?

I'm still not sold on Mazzula. Maybe he's not good at showing emotions or he's trying to keep level headed on purpose. Some players don't respond well to do or die shyt or guarantees. Sometimes a motivator brings on pressure and you start thinking about the winning at all costs instead of focusing on the little things and your game.
A 3 from Smart is the play Joe drew up?
If it wasn't for D. White we'd be trashing him

Analyzing that last play, Mazzula drew up a masterpiece. But also, it was supported by Miami putting two guys on Tatum, one of those guys being Strus. So nobody was assigned to Derrick White who makes a basket cut baseline after the inbound, forcing Bam to either box out White or stick on Horford for the box out there. Bam chose to stick on Horford which left White open and unguarded to crash the glass. Great play by Mazzula and great read by Derrick White. Can’t even blame Strus cuz he did his job which was ball denial on Tatum.

If you wanna blame anybody it’s Bam for not switching onto White and instructing Strus to get Horford. But on a play of that magnitude it’s hard to blame Bam for not making that read.
What I wanna know is why did they put an extra .7 secs on the clock at the end? :jbhmm:

Bam in this post game know he fukked up. Not even just that last play. He was trying too hard to be a point guard damn near the whole game :snoop:

He was throwing up way too many low quality shots.
Bringing the ball up.

He was wilding the whole game :snoop:

Jimmy was on bullshyt most the game but he kinda redeemed himself at the end.

Duncan missing those 3s hurt them too but I wouldn’t put it on him, he was a big reason they stayed in the game to begin with.

This is on Bam no matter how you look at it. Between him trying to run point. That tech/goal tend. Those terrible shots. And those final seconds. There’s no way he should have allowed White to even touch the ball let alone make a shot :snoop:
