Gonna have to check these out. Really excited about the miniseries as I feel a movie isn't nearly enough to capture it all. Thanks for the heads up

yeah its almost impossible to fit that huge book into a 2 hour movie. Its why i disliked the french film, they rushed through my favorite part of the story.

Gonna have to cosign because the French version lost me. Gorgeous movie but after almost 2 hours I didn't feel like finishing.

Mini-series got me locked in after 2 eps though.

It's lit.

More intrigue and not as stabby/shooty as the US or French movie. 2002 has the best prison arc though.

I felt like they probably couldn't afford Jeremy Irons with how fast they went with it but even that part was better than the one in the French movie.
