All about timing... for Biden, he doesn't have to deal with the circumstances that embarrassed him in 1988 and 2008.

He's so far defied expectations of the skeptics. But its all about the timing.


With that said, I think he probably beats Trump in 2016 if he ran. He is a much better retail politician than Hillary. Plus he's an old white dude who doesn't come from money and was one of the poorer members of the Senate despite the banking/corporate Delaware legislative history.
