The first 2 films in the franchise are better, but I thought this was 
I agree with some of the comments about it feeling more like a crime story, but I can see them wanting to switch it up for the 3rd in the franchise.
Lorraine/Ed continue to hold it down as the power couple battling demonic forces
. The ending with the two 
I thought lil dude in the beginning looked familiar w/the glasses and looked it up to see it was Young Luke from Haunting of Hill House

This, the worst out of the trilogy definitelypretty underwhelmed TBH the produsction is good u can tell that its a higher budget flick but the movie just ISNT scary

It was ok. The main antagonist wasn't fully utilized though. She could've been mad creepy but they somehow explained too much yet not enough. Why did she target that particular family and what exactly made her turn evil?
Trash. Fell asleep halfway thru and have no desire to finish it. Probably would have walked out of the theater 
look what they did to my franchise
. Everyone was annoying sans the husband and wife. I felt no sympathy or relationship with the possessed cac or his wife. 4/10.

Watched it yesterday. It definitely don't match the level of the other two movies. I had high hopes for this film. I feel James Wan should've directed this and closed the trilogy.

The father basically said that satanists are about chaos and there wasn't a particular reason for that family, just spreading evil. He also mentioned she grew fascinated with all the evil stuff he had locked away, instead of shielding her in only served to attract her attention.
