Explains why you hype Air Bud as the GOAT kids movie.Sandlot is one of those movies that I think didn't come out in my country or something. I've never heard anybody talk about it. Same goes for The Goonies, Short Circuit, dikky Tracy and Gremlins.

Kids dont know shyt about this nowadays because kids don't go outside and play. This movie is more than baseball. The sandlot represents that field in every neighborhood or that street that hosted all the games. It's about those hot summer days out playing with your friends and the stories created that are everlasting in your memories. About those 'pickles' you got yourselves into, but were able to get yourself out of. You think back and cherish those moments that you'll never get back. This while felling blessed that you were able to grow up at such a time. This is why movies like The Sandlot, Stand By Me, and The Wood have special places in my heart. Nostalgia
