Just go CC route for two semeters to get your GPA up, then transfer to a 4 year.
They were right. I'm doing an internship right now and 5 of the people I work with were former interns who got hired full time after their internships. A lot of companies nowadays hire through internal references and/or internships. This is especially true in Tech and Finance. You fukkked up by not doing an internship brehGraduated in May from a top 5 school, zero job prospects.
No one is hiring rn. Had leads go cold. Had someone tell me that I’ll never get hired for what I’m worth since I didn’t get an internship while in college. It’s like the degree I worked so hard for is null and void.
It’s crazy seeing people you graduated with you already making 6 figures when you can’t even get a response from an application. These companies do fukk shyt too, like interview you and say they found someone or you don’t qualify only to repost the job application the next day or make some LinkedIn post about how they’re looking for 20+ new hires.
Hell, I got rejected 5 mins after a 2nd round interview because they already had a person in mind before they interviewed me.
Shyt sucks, game is rigged - it’s all about the people you know. I didn’t have anybody in my ear telling me what I should’ve been doing in college
Idk if I don’t get hired in 6-8 months I’m going into the military, at least I’ll be doing something and I’ll have health insurance
