Quoted for truth.

N. Carolina Central '01, Accounting

There are 3 major colleges (UNC, NC State, Duke) and 3 black colleges (NCCU, St. Augustine, Shaw) in a 20 mile radius. Fine women everywhere.

Greensboro, Raleigh, Durham, and Winston-Salem.....How do ya'll do it? I'm like a kid in a candy store every time I go that way. :lawd: What school has the best chicks?

I would've went to NCAT had I not went to Howard.

Is it really that :noah: down there? It doesn't help that apartments is cheap as hell in NC while I'm paying a grip for a closet in DC.

Shout out to all the graduates and students of the coli.

I am the fourth of 13 kids in my fam to graduate college and my generation (brothers and sisters) are the first in the fam to go. Sometimes i think back to how my grandparents didnt even have the opportunity to go and that inspired me even more to finish.

In my visits yea bruh! You have 4 populous areas in NC. Greensboro is kind of the center with Raleigh being about a hour and a half away,Durham being a hour away, and Winston-Salem just 30 minutes away.

Then to break it down even further that many HBCU's and other major university's in close proximity means there are some prime chicks in that area.

Durham: (Duke, NCCU,UNC(NOT EXACTLY IN DURHAM BUT SAME DISTANCE FROM Greensboro)

Raleigh: (NC State, Shaw, St. Augustine)

Winston Salem: (Wake Forest, Winston Salem State)

Greensboro: (UNC Greensboro, NC A&T, Bennett College(All Girl HBCU right across from A&T)

Its prime real estate bruh!

Who here is an engineer? I got a degree in mechanical engineering from UF :jawalrus:
Software Engineering.

Some resent the "engineering" title because we don't have to take DiffEQ, Calc 3, physics....but that shyt is not relevant to software so :manny:

Got an A on my real analysis test yesterday :ahh:

Finally looking like I'm about to graduate this year. Just need next semester to get my GPA up + take Stats, Diff Eq 2, and independent study (if I can get approved in time), and I can throw this school in the bushes. :birdman:

Still not sure what I want to do for grad school. I want to work in the tech industry, so I'm thinking about majors in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Applied and Computational Mathematics. ME I'd probably need another year of catch-up before I'd be officially admitted, most schools don't have a SE program and the requirements to get into an ACMS program are

I've dropped out of college and have been severely depressed for the past 4-5 years. Tried to kill myself several times. Anyway, next year I intend on going back to school.

My tentative plan:
1) Acquire an associates degree in business management at some community college.
2) Then get a bachelor's degree in finance (or dual major with business management) at some university with a study abroad program (so that I can study in Brazil).
3) Possibly get my masters in finance at another university, also with a study abroad program (to study in possibly France or Switzerland).

My ultimate goal is to own a bank and assets management firm.

I hated programming, so I got respect for the software engineers.

I don't consider industrial engineering a real type of "engineering" though. I minored in business and took a couple of industrial engineering classes for electives. They were by far the easiest classes that I've ever taken. Didn't even study and walked out with A's.

Political Science and Biology dual major here. Rhodes College, Memphis TN.

Taking 4 Bio classes, hard ones, but I'll be done in december. Get a job as a lab tech, cake up, send in my med school stuff, see how that goes.

If it doesnt work out i'll try out Carib/DO/Podiatry, but I'm feeling alright about it.
