I know some of y'all got some piff. We have the Cooking thread, BBQ thread, Air Fryer thread, all with gems all with piff.

Drop your gear and recipes, pics and questions.

I'm rocking a vitamix. My go-to daily drink is a green juice or smoothie.

Water
A whole apple with core, skin, seeds
A peeled orange
A whole banana
2-stalks of celery
2 handfuls of spinach
Tbsp of chia seeds
A quarter of lemon, with the peel
A piece of ginger
Sometimes jalapeno or if I'm lazy a squirt or 2 of siracha.
2 cups of ice

The Vitamix blends its smooth everytime. I've never ever liked bananas. Don't like the taste, or the consistency or even the smell. I literally cannot taste it in my drink. It was one of those things I know is good for me but I always left out and at some point I was like "well the vitamix can destroy anything maybe it can hide a banana."

I generally do a green drink. Spinach, Apple, orange, water, ice. If I'm not lazy throw in some celery, lemon and other shyt. Sometimes oats.

I'm going to explore some mixes with broccoli. I don't typically do ones with milk, yogurt, or almond milk ones.

I love beets ones and ones with berries (antioxidants, anti inflammatory) I think it was roughly 4 years ago my I made a berry and beet drink, dark purple. My Lil girl tipped over the container and that shyt splashed all over the wall. I had to repaint. I havent used berries or beets since.

My go to’s for a green smoothie are frozen berries, banana and some sort of leafy green, usually spinach. I have a vitamix, but I just bought a stick/immersion blender and it came with a cup. I made a smoothie right in the cup and the consistency was decent, smooth, but not like the vitamix. The cleanup and ease was worth it though.

I just bought a big aloe Vera leaf. I’m going to try a smoothie with it.

Almost anything with kale, spinach, or wheatgrass. I dont like my smoothies too sweet so I usually use apples for a little sweetness. A little almond milk or greek yogurt.

I've been on a banana, peanut butter and almond milk kick lately. I freeze my almond milk in ice trays bc I dont like adding water but I still want it icy.

I have ptsd when it comes to aloe vera plants. My mom had a few in the house and everytime we burned ourselves, skin was ichy or dry she pulled a leaf off and squeezed the shyt out of it to rub on our injury. It smelled terrible. I have flash backs everytime I hear aloe vera

1. Frozen bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, ground flaxseed, spinach, almond milk - it taste like a reeses peanut butter cup:ahh: I add protein powder if I drink it after a workout. I leave as is, if I'm craving a sweet snack.

2. Frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut water, spinach, lime juice, cayenne pepper - summer is a glass :ohlawd: I may or may not have added ciroc to this once or twice. Or 5 times:dame:

3. My favorite fresh juice blend is - carrot, beet, apple, lemon and ginger

I do the same!! I have two plants, but I’ve never smelled anything. I’m about to grab a leaf and sniff.
