You guys do milk or water?

Typically water. Zero calories.......I'm not a fan of liquid calories like milk, bottled juices. I don't want to add liquid calories to my drink. Even low cal shyt. I'd rather add more veggies (I use more veggies than fruit typically) or add nuts or oats or protein powder. But mainly I'm lazy.

this might be the dumbest question i've ever asked on this board but do u toss in the fruits whole or do u need to slice em up/remove the pits?

i fiend banana flavor btw, i might be the only person on earth who likes optimum nutrition banana whey in water :pachaha:

aloe only smells terrible when it's suffering from root rot

I'll add whole fruits. A lot of recipes say to core apples and shyt. When I was little I used to eat the entire apple. fukk that. Recipes also call for cutting off stems some say to remove the skin. That's where most of the fibers and minerals be.

The vitamix makes everything smooth as water anyway. So I throw it all in. Maybe not an entire orange peel, but a lot of recipes call for orange zest or lemon zest, fukk all the noise I'll just blend it up.

Damn.

I bought some all bran wheat flakes and I stopped fukking with milk and cereal so they've just been chillin on top of the fridge. I had an idea and it was fire.

1 cup of all bran cereal
1 cup of milk

Let them shyts sit in the blender and get soggy.

I eyeballed about a tbsp of honey
Sprinkled some ground cinnamon
Tbsp of almonds
Tbsp of granola
1 cup of ice

No more than 60 seconds.

The cereal is soft, a Lil sweet with that cinnamon pop. The almonds and the granola are fully incorporated and it's a rough chop on the ice so there's a very small chew, just crunching the ice.

By the time I got toward the end and the ice had fully melted it was still smooth all the flavors were there.

Tasted kind of like honey bunches of oats.

I blend a pitcher's worth to last 5+ days...

Quick tips:
mineral oil (1 tbsp per serving)
ground flex seed ("")
protein powder ("")
canned/frozen fruits and veggies if pressed for time (fruit cocktail/mixed veggies are the easiest)
produce on clearance saves money
drink mixes or a couple drops of water enhancer can sweeten things
