It's getting colder here in NY but no snow yet.

Probably a good idea to get some waterproof boots if you get a chance. Wouldn't want to screw up some nice boots plodding through 3 feet of snow.

Yeah I can get a protector. I'm probably going to buy them anyway.

They're just Rockports, but I like Rockports. Even though they're not as expensive as the Cole Haans and other brands that people go for.

I don't have Chukka Lunargrands, but I have a pair of the Wingtip Lunargrands and they are some of the most comfortable shoes I own. If you really are thinking about getting these Nordstrom has them $48 cheaper at $173.

yeah I think the wingtips are probably more versatile too. I don't think I'd like to wear the boots THAT often.
