Well, I searched for 40 minutes for that blazer and found nothing.
It's a blazer that was shared all over Tumblr and Pinterest but nobody had a description of the maker or anything.
It seems the pic started to make the rounds in 2012, so it's probably not even for sale anymore even if I could identify it.

Regarding the Allen Edmonds Factory Seconds sale (Feb 3 - Feb 17),
If you email them at shoebank@allenedmonds.com and ask for an inventory of shoes that will be for sale, they'll send you a list.
I did this for the first time on Friday and they replied to me Saturday morning.
You have to be specific though. Initially I asked for what shoes they had in a size 14 and 15 and they said to send me a list of all the shoes in that size (including widths D, E, EE, etc...) would be too much.
I have a bit of a wide foot so I asked for 14E and got a list of 100 shoes.
Definitely give it a shot.

You could buy the collar stays inserts.
Sorry if it sounds stupid but are you supposed to wear them in the shirt collar or when your shirts are on the hanger?
If you have a dress shirt, there's a slot behind the collar where the collar stays go.
you leave them in there as you wear them.
What happens is, after a while, the collars start to flare up (it sometimes happens more if you're wearing a tie).
The collar stays keep them straight.
You should remove them when you go to wash your shirts, or when you drop them off at the dry cleaner.
Amazon.com has collar stays packets of like 300 or so for maybe $10-15.
