because this is season in here. Half the people here don't make over 25k a year let alone getting 50% of their gross tax so they can get a huge tax return... The shyt does not add up.

I never pulled no bullshyt on my taxes but the IRS audited me last year and I'm not fukking with them. I don't know what y'all doing to get back $7000 but I sure as hell hope you got paperwork to back that up cause when that letter comes in the mail you'll need it.

If you have kids and married you get tax breaks out the ass.

I did that back in 2003 and 2009. A few of my homies do it every year. Luckily ive never gotten audited for those two years yet. But I have my own kids now .

I was talking about high tax returns for single and people who don't have kids. There is no pride in getting a large amount at the end of the year unless you have credits rolling in...chances are you guys are filling in straight zero's across your W4 which is not a good idea.

WinB has it right...a couple of hundred back means that your checks are bigger throughout the year. Anywhere from $60-$200 extra on avg per check than putting zero's all the way down.

The last time I got anything back was in 2010, but at that time it was $1,900 and the IRS took it because of what I owed the other years. Yeah, I fukked up from 2005 to 2009. But now I'm paying for it and because of that, any refund I get is going back to what I owe. I have paid off 2005, working on 2006. So because of this I would let my baby momma claim our daughter even though she lived with me because of what I made, my baby momma qualified for more tax breaks. Then she would give me cash money and I would use it to pay off bills. But now, I'm claiming her and the money is going to help pay off what I owe to the IRS. I just got my W-2's on Friday so I hope I get a big return back and help knock down some of what I owe. But I won't know what I will get back but I do know that I have to claim single and 0 dependents because the IRS has me locked in until I pay them back what I owe. Hopefully my tax attorney can have that changed for me this year since I got married and I'm claiming my daughter.

Now my cousin gets back about $7,000 every year and how he does it is he itemizes everything. From his internet, cell phone, mileage he drives, anything he can claim he will. He said it was hard at 1st but now that he has been doing it for the past few years it's easier now.
