Are you using gailey or did you create a coach, i noticed when i made my guy a motivator a lot of the overalls were skewed so i think your coaching style might factor in

Made my own coach ima Motivator as well
I kno the change in OVR is jus due to scheme N they dont lose Speed Tack Awr etc
Still tho Spencer Johnson is rated higher than Dareus
