Always enjoyed this movie as a kid and that enjoyment still continues as an adult. Kelsey Grammar is hilarious and the cast around him is funny as well. It definitely fits the mold of some comedies from the 90s and it works for me. The problem with a flick like this though is that the jokes are really hit and miss and then they miss, they really miss, so that's damn near everything with Rob Schneider and some of the stuff with Sonar but the stuff with Rip Torn is hilarious and of course I wouldn't be me if I didn't mention Lauren Holly in that uniform :wow:

Also, the "war games" aspect of the film works and the way Grammar and his crew strategize and find a way to be competitive is kinda ingenious. But the villain doesn't work for me. They attempted to go with the Animal House model of snobs vs slobs but the snobs just weren't that great.

man I've been trying to watch this fukking movie all week...I got through the first 20 or so minutes and had to do something, then the next 10-15, and then I was finding excuses to not watch it...I just turned it on now and watching :sadnino:
