isnt it problematic tho with stashing minor leaguers... like i remember strasburg on washington took like 2.5 years before he could play... from following the jays i know vlad jr is the same way... like im assuming you are trying to put it all together next year? these prospects seem like too long of a wait on your ROI

It's only really worth holding onto prospects you think will come up the year. It's really not worth grabbing someone who is a year or two away cause you only get one full season out of them at best.
Which is basically what I'm running into with moncada but supposedly he's up in early may
20 point lead on second place.. but no no no, it means absolutely nothing... every fantasy vet knows that you cant look at the standings until atleast late september

yeah thats the thing, the nature of the draft really makes it possible for anyone who takes it seriously to turn around their team in one year.... u can im sure build super team with the right prospects but its only 5 players u can keep... i just dont know how much effect it would make...
like a great prospect, could live up to all of his expecttions and have a good first season... but he still isnt going to be an allstar
