Idk why u act like any of these companies have some moral high ground when they're all ran by racist republicans and ROH in particular has a very public history of sus shyt so you trying to dunk on black fans for not watching ROH while in other threads downplaying the ones who prop up the black talent in WWE due to WWE's history is just disingenuous.
That being said, yes Shane Taylor Promotions is the best thing going in ROH right now and the segment with Trish Adora was fire. That doesn’t negate fans asking AEW in particular to put more of a spotlight on black talent because AEW is a major platform in millions of homes with a huge buzz as opposed to an indy with a limited audience so let's not play dumb.
Two things can be true, nikkas can watch a wrestling company that puts spotlight on black wrestlers and still want more from AEW in that department so idk why you felt the need to make two threads about the same topic, one of which you decided to do first thing in the morning instead of brushing your teeth first.
This post would be fair and more accurate if you subbed out WWE and subbed in Impact.
someone can correct me if I’m wrong….. but Impact has never really had Black talent doing silly embarrassing shyt or buried them to the level the WWE has.
I know Lashley is champ and getting his shine NOW but people are trynna pretend that he didn’t have to go to Impact to ultimately get his big shot and then when he came back he had to be a blow a bit before getting his run.
And even as champ, you got Roman burying him acting like he’s a secondary less important champ.
The best spotlight for black and black champions has always been Impact
