I guess I'll keep up with my shyt in here. I'm getting back in the swing of things. Been back in the gym for about 2 weeks after a 5ish month hiatus.
Today did chest and tris. Did a lot of pull down type things. Random tri excercises I know work but don't really know the name of. Bench, incline bench, bunch of different fly's, then burnout workouts. Went pretty well. I can do about 5 reps on the bench at 225 now. Hoping I can do my regular sets at 225 in about 2-3 weeks. I've got pretty good muscle memory, and it seems as though my shyt is catching right back on fairly quickly. Did sets on incline at 55 and I was feeling it. Felt fukking pathetic. But...I'll get back up there. When I quit I was at about 85-90 for incline dumbbells. I've got a ways to go, but as long as I stay in there, it'll get done. My frame is broad as fukk, so there's a lot of room for improvement all across the board.
I really just want to maintain/add muscle while cutting. Mostly focused on maintining and cutting though. I've done it before. I've gotta do it again.
I'm about 6'0 235-240(depending on food comsumption for that day), btw. Trying to get down to about 220. Bout to start pretty heavy with cardio this week.
