did shoulders and triceps at the gym today...used to do biceps with this but now doing that with my back workout....

took my bike on the trail later and did 7 miles...really trying to get bike game up

lol to be honest i was thinking about taking a before pic to keep my self motivated...i got my wind back but not in great shape...right now 5-8 weigh 230....trying to get down to about 195-200 pounds

did 30 minutes on the eliptical at work...didnt push to hard....rode the bike in the evening did about 8 miles...got bike shoes and clip pedals...much more efficient ride....

15 miles on the bike today then did back workout...did the 15 miles in a hour and 20 minutes...man it was hot

did spin class..and this bytch was brutal....6 people didnt even finish the class...i gutted it out but i got to get my legs strength up....did shoulders and triceps afterward...2 exercises a piece...going to cut back on the weights and concentrate on cycling spin and road

Just did spin class yesterday...spacing my weight training out and doing more cardio....instructor was so so

I am new here, Not sure where to post this question. I am really trying to get fit and healthy. I do Muay thai like 3 days a week. But I need to know what vtamins you guys recommend daily so I can get my eanergy up for the gym..

id say eat some food 3-4 hours before youre supposed to go in, prior to going in eat a banana

did chest today....machine decline, cable crosses and smith machine inclines...then did spin class

I guess I'll keep up with my shyt in here. I'm getting back in the swing of things. Been back in the gym for about 2 weeks after a 5ish month hiatus.

Today did chest and tris. Did a lot of pull down type things. Random tri excercises I know work but don't really know the name of. Bench, incline bench, bunch of different fly's, then burnout workouts. Went pretty well. I can do about 5 reps on the bench at 225 now. Hoping I can do my regular sets at 225 in about 2-3 weeks. I've got pretty good muscle memory, and it seems as though my shyt is catching right back on fairly quickly. Did sets on incline at 55 and I was feeling it. Felt fukking pathetic. But...I'll get back up there. When I quit I was at about 85-90 for incline dumbbells. I've got a ways to go, but as long as I stay in there, it'll get done. My frame is broad as fukk, so there's a lot of room for improvement all across the board.

I really just want to maintain/add muscle while cutting. Mostly focused on maintining and cutting though. I've done it before. I've gotta do it again.

I'm about 6'0 235-240(depending on food comsumption for that day), btw. Trying to get down to about 220. Bout to start pretty heavy with cardio this week.

did legs today so i still wanted to do some cardio...did a couple laps in the pool and i was struggling but it felt good getting in the water

No weights yesterday...just got the road bike and did a quick 4 miles.....a little hilly tho

Went to a different LA Fitness out in Bensalem....damn had a security guard in the joint...smfh...anyway did shoulders and triceps and then did spin class...i fukks with that gym tho...seen alot of implants on the breasasis
