The spin class was no joke...couldnt keep up the target RPM's but it was a great workout...was drenched in sweat...Have a little soreness in my left leg so i will go back to the cardio and then try to squeeze in a spin class on wednesday
Did back yesterday after taking yesterday off...my body just needed it...also did 30 min on the eliptical...no weights today trying to get back in that spin clas
at lunch did interval sprints on the treadmill at work....10 sets of sprint for about 40 seconds then about 1 min to 2 minute rest...
After work went to a different LA fitness that i usually go to and then did a spin class....I love the LA fitness membership...can go to any LaFitness and get a workout...breaks up the monontony and plus different wimmenz
