Not only that breh. This is tax revenue like schools need funding and streets need repair. Streets need to be salted and snow plowed. This shyt sucks all the tax revenie away besides home taxes. The neighborhood now produces no taxes because nothing can be bought.
And actually it makes it more dangerous for black folks because now they have to travel further out their communities for supplies. In a highly segregated and racist city with tons of ethnic gangs.

Im not even tripping to hard over the looting of the liquor stores, weave and nail stores, dtlr, cellphone stores, arab corner stores and etc.. Fck them..
But you fcking up the places you know you go to all the time for the shyt you need..

CPD and lightfoot should done something to protect these essential businesses. This us just so fcked up..
According to my police scanner listening yesterday, CPD isn't chasing anyone for looting, but will attempt to prevent it. Once you're in, you're in.
