Didn't the restaurant just get burned down then rebuilt/remodeled? How is Emmit making remodeling a priority (as if it was run down) for an unproven business in one of the most high failure industries.

They should of just put out a disclaimer for the viewer to disregard the prior seasons

This whole Emmit’s restaurant storyline could have been a lot more fleshed out and probably would have made the season more enjoyable than the keisha kidnapping storyline. I still don’t get why they didn’t do a few episodes with Sonny fighting with Emmit over the restaurant. they might as well have just killed sonny off. That would have made more sense than what’s happening now.

While it still had lots of problems, this was easily the best Episode to me.

Poppa was just peak annoying in this one for no reason. Emmitt admitting to cheating on his girl and snaking Sonny out his business out loud just made Him sound like an even bigger piece of shyt cause he was in the middle of doing something nice for Kiesha. Dude is the most 2 steps forward, 3 steps backwards character on any show I watch.

Dont think the actress playing Keisha was a strong enough actress to carry out that emotion, she was just looking stone faced...


Still think Emmitt should have been able to get Brandon's food truck and have him be a competitor to Sonny's instead of just taking over...

they also jumped the shark with him stealing sonny's spot. one, that's not the character they build emmet to be, but two, they didn't even give sonny screentime to react and be part of the storyline

This was the best episode of the season, but that’s not saying much. I think it was good because it was contained to the apartment and only dealt with Keisha. This season has been horrible and you can’t blame That on Jason Mitchell. The pacing and skipping over storylines has been this season. How does Emmitt end up owning Sonny’s. He should be renting the location and that’s it. What happens to Tish being pregnant at the end of last season? How did He and Tish get evicted? I was thinking that I wasn’t paying attention until I go online and realize I’m not the only one lol. I may have missed some things, but not all. They must have got a new show runner this season. That’s the only way I can think why the quality has dropped so much. If there is a season 4, I hope they take their time and minimize the obvious plot holes and inconsistencies.

Tiff...and neither were happy about it so i assume she got an offscreen abortion. if she were a lesbian, i'm sure the abortion would've been addressed on some LGBT abortion distress storyline, but since they're straight, it got skipped like 1000 other storylines on this show

Watch they tie up all the loose storylines and questions in the last episode. Emmit will probably use that as an excuse for cheating with LaLa lol

The episode was straight to me. Dont see filler at all. I'm no expert on gay relationships but Dre is way too soft. Especially with her masculine look.

Keisha mama is the worst character. Even worst then Papa. At least he's young. He get hurts enough, he might grow out of it. But she just fake to me.

Props to Kevin. Ngga was speaking from his heart. Not that I agree with everything but I could see how he felt the way he did.

Popa- that was terrible writing with the money. Who does that? Maybe a 6 year but not a teenager.

Keisha- she actually body that ngga. Dang

Bet, so I’m not wylin’ .lol. I’m all for respecting parents/elders, but I don’t think it’s far fetched for him to be tight/confused/hyper emotive.



nikka damn near got him and his homeboys shot. Jit definitely cares, but I think he’s the victim of character flaws (teenage emotions, poor communication, a long and ongoing awkward familial dynamic, etc), as well as external flaws (poor ass writing).

Also, I think to write off Kevin’s behavior as simply being “rude” downplays the trauma a situation of this ilk has on the family unit as a whole. Of course Keisha should be the primary focus, but this debacle took a major toll on the family as well.



And...WTF is wrong with this nikka Emmit? Random comparison, but it’ reminds me of fan’s shytting on Gohan for being a bum.


nikka, blame Toriyama and the fans who pushed to keep his goofy ass father in the spotlight. Except with Emmitt, it was the writing team that did his character dirty. That Sonny shyt is FLAW AS fukk.

Nah. Next episode, Emmitt and Tish will be in fully furnished house. No mention of them getting kicked out of his momma's house. Emmitt's mom will come over and no one will say a word about them being in a new place.

Sonny brother got killed off screen, nobody cared. He was one of the better chrcters, IMO. Douda told Reg don't speak to him in public, but eps laters they were bussin it up in public. Show always had "holes".
