Jake becoming a whole bytch and running for his life after seeing the wannabe mayor whoop some ass was goofy as hell.
The Southside Buffalo Bill holding old girl captive was goofy as hell.
The dialogue between Emmitt's mom and her Mexican boyfriend's family was stilted and awkward.
And I wish someone would pull Lena Waithe aside and tell her to try a little bit more subtlety when writing these nuggets of social justice awareness like the stuff about trans discrimination. The shyt was so heavy-handed that I was expecting that "very special episode" music that 80s sitcoms used to start playing.
