The whole alphabet representing. I don’t mind but don’t cram it in unnecessarily just for the sake of representation. I’d rather there be a show, like Pose or if it was a focus of previous seasons, like Kevin’s moms relationship. I’m glad she got married.

Im not happy at the addition of LaLa. I was really hoping her acting career died with her character in Power. Why couldn’t Tiff play that role? Her and Emitt on some power couple shyt. She not doing anything but smoking weed

This season is missing Brandon and Tiffany Boone character. The show is still watchable but it is missing something. I’m not mad at the LBGTQ relationships, but I don’t like the fact the show doesn’t have any stable Black heterosexual relationships. The most stable relationship on the entire show is Kevin’s/Keisha’s mom’s lesbian marriage.

That scene in the gay bar was odd.
If the point was to show how dude is insecure with his sexuality and doesn't think he's gay/bi just because his trans girlfriend is passable then maybe they shouldn't have had the gay dude pushing up on him so hard.
If that was a man aggressively coming onto a woman who already had rebuffed him there is no way they would have portrayed a woman as being out of line for getting angry.
He told dude multiple times he wasn't interested and instead of accepting it and moving on dude elevated the situation into a confrontation.

Best part of the episode was Emmit's mom on her speed dating outing and then getting her back broke with the masseur.

Exactly. Co-sign 100 percent. Me and my wife said the said thing when we saw that seen. The fact that they made the gay dude the victim is highly problematic. He was harassing Jake’s brother.

LOL I bet no one had a problem with the sex scene in this week's episode. That strap-on had them going nuts, last week.

I didn't mind last week's scene at all. It was realistic, imo.
I HATED Jada's sex scene though (sidenote: Jada )! I hated the fact that a sex scene on a CABLE tv show tried to censor the nudity. I didn't like the way Jada was conveniently covered up by hands & the masseuse's body. This isn't a CW show, this is cable (well, fire stick in my case). If there's a sex scene, don't tone down the visuals!

Too many scenes dragged out longer than they should have. Expect a whole lot of filler this season.
