Here's the problem with this, Curry could see it coming from a mile away because LeBron took too long breaking down Draymond. That's why when LeBron drove, Curry rolled right off Love's screen and was right in Korver's shooting space before he even took off. The moment that Curry signaled for the switch with Durant, LeBron should've taken advantage of that and gotten into the paint when Curry's back was turned. By the time that Curry was aware that he was being screened, it would've been too late.
Plus I don't see the sense in running down the clock and forcing the shooter to go straight up with seconds remaining when the defense set.
And if you pay close attention, Curry purposefully positioned himself on the inside of Love to bait LeBron into passing to Korver; Curry put the swim move on Love before LeBron even passed the ball and was right there when Korver caught it.
Draymond might have to give him his DPOY after that read.
He should've taken a jumper inside the arc, but I can't criticize him for actually trying to score. Wanna tell me what the hell the Cavs were doing on offense late in the game? They only made ONE field goal in the last five minutes, and ended up being outscored 0-11 down the stretch. Somebody needed to do something. What was the alternative? LeBron ISO like the play before?
