This game was more like how we played thru playoffs.. I dont know what game 1 was but it showed we can win whichever way..

It was a deliberate intent of Draisaitl to injure Sasha barkov the best center of the panthers and the one charged with the task to shutdown the best opposing forwards.
The usually powerful powerplay of the Oilers is unusually powerless in this finals. Why? Because the panthers are gritty and aggressive physically and defensively. With their relentless and aggressive forecheck, they force the oilers players to make mistakes and bad decisions with the puck. They scored 2 goals off turnovers. Their penalty killing is top notch. They are suffocating the oilers and not giving them
any space and time to make plays. You can see that the Oilers players are frustrated and mad af. Thats why they try to hurt the panthers players with cheap shots. By the way, the Panthers were the second best defensive team in the regular season and the best defensive team in these playoffs. They have a better defense and goaltending than the oilers.

Wasn't deliberate or malicious but because he jumped and Barkov didn't play I wouldn't be surprised with a fine

Having nurse sit with injury, Kane stand on the bench because of his groin injury and play on ice at 20% didn't help. Bouch had his worst game of the playoffs, maybe Drai too.
Need the home crowd energy and comfort or it won't be a long series like everyone predicted...
Also as much as people say Connor and Drai want out of Edmonton because of lack of support look at their production so far. Analyze everything else you want but 1 goal in 2 games on the biggest stage (also from a defenceman) doesn't cut it for this high powered offence
