I'm damn sure we can add one of those guys:banderas: That's why I wouldn't offer that much more than they already have. No need to gut the team when we're not desperate anymore.

So you say give Wiggins a year and see how it goes? That's a safe bet but a Love, James, Kyrie big three looks MIGHTY good on paper especially in the east. Love is hungry to get in the playoffs and so is Irving. I think either option works in the Cavs favor

Cleveland isn't Miami, they don't have the lack of state income tax helping them out or great weather, if they do the trade they lose almost all their depth and will have trouble reloading because of the fact they'd have 3 max players.

Did yall not see how difficult it was for the Heat to put quality role players around Wade, Bosh and Bron?
Well if you're saying they should keep Wiggins because of finances, that's an entirely different subject :yeshrug:

people acting like 26 points per game and 12 rebounds per game is chopped liver and that love is like 35
Nobody's acting like that but the Cavs would have to move at least 3 good, young payers for someone who will likely be the 3rd option. Sounds nice in theory to have a big 3 but it would leave the Cavs without a bench

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
They could possibly trade Anderson and get the T'Wolves to do a buyout like they did with Big Z for Jamison :ehh:

Unless I'm misinformed under the new CBA rules.
That door was shut with the new CBA, specifically because of that trade :russ:

Under the new rules, a player who is traded and then waived cannot re-sign with the team that traded him until July 1 at the earliest.

yup
i mean id be like :kony: if love was like 32 or something hes only 26. a lebron/love/irving , all you would need is a center who rebounds and plays defense, and a sg who can knock down a open shot and plays d

The new CBA has made everything about finances.

Only way I'm giving 3 dudes max money is if one of them is a low post player 6'10" or better with elite level defense, and the other is a superstar wing, the 3rd guy could be whatever.

Fam, they wouldn't be able to afford any centers, it would be nearly the same situation as the Heat where they have to scrape the bargain bin for a 5.

If you're gonna give 3 guys max money, make sure they're already on your team to begin with and you drafted them :whoa:

It's so tempting:ohlawd: I still holding out hope you can get him without giving up Wiggins. As much as I love depth, you can't pay Bennett,Thompson, and Waiters big money after Bron and Kyrie got a paid. Someone gotta leave eventually so might as well get a perennial all star. I just want to get a defensive center to go with him at some point.

See this I could get on board with. If say, it was Anthony Davis being offered, I would say make that trade now

Wiggins has franchise player potential. You do not trade that boy for anything

I would stick with what they got now. A lot of good, albeit very green talent on that team.

Franchise player potential means next to nothing when you have THE franchise player already in your squad. I'm not saying Wiggins won't eventually be good, even great, but Lebron is ELITE and placing someone already proven by his side like Love is all big guaranteeing success in the Eastern Conference....
