So Love thrives in Minnesota because he is on a shytty team. Can someone point me to a shytty team with a player who puts up 27 and 12 a night? Melo don't even do that and he don't play defense either.Bu bu but love is the overrated one. I mean any good player could put up those numbers on a shytty team right?
He's not a 2 way player, he makes up 1 half of the worst defensive frontcourt in the league. If you could pair Love with Joakim Noah, DeAndre Jordan, Dwight Howard etc you'd be cooking with grease, but if your goal is to play him with Anderson Varejao and Tristan Thompson with Kyrie Irving in the backcourt you're in for a long season.
I think that leak killed whatever momentum was building. If Minnesota's demands were reportedly that high after hearing that LeBron reached out they got greedy. Through it all, I still haven't seen or heard that anything was imminent or near a done deal.
