I don't know why yall wanna derail OP's point of the definition.
"c00n" is the new way of saying "Uncle Tom".
If you're in a racist institution, c00ns will either try to sabotage you or deny any discrimination that's happening, especially with your case. Racist don't want to be called "racist" despite them actually performing racist acts.
They would also say shyt like "Black people need to respect the police", " Blacks have never accomplished shyt like whites have" or " Black women aren't as good as PAWGS"
I would know because I used to work with those people. Never associate yourself with c00ns, brehs. They hate themselves and they will hate YOU for having some pride in yourself as well. For the benefits and acceptance from white institutions, they WILL put you under the bus.
