Yeah, he'll definitely get a job. We see guys like Alvin Gentry and Steve Clifford getting second or third chances even though they haven't shown anything. Only guy I know who even got blackballed was Butch Carter and that was because he was insane enough to try to usurp the GM and president role with no backing from anyone, and he tried to sue Marcus Camby during the playoffs right?

But it does answer my question how come he didn't get a job sooner, he was the finalist for so many gigs: Knicks, Raptors, Detroit, Indiana, Cleveland. They must've known something about him
You saying Imeh never got hired before because teams knew he like to mess around?? Doesn’t make much sense
word. The team offices are almost never empty. Either someone's crunching numbers, watching tape, or even at the gym.

and when you put in crazy hours, your standards drop tremendously. It's sometimes why people have go-to bars or strip clubs, to remind yourself that the office 7 is really a 3.
Takes me back to a segment tangent Jesse Holley went off about “Camp eyes” :russ: . Dude should’ve saved that story and made a skit about it becaue that was the most random but funniest shyt I ever listened. Had to pull over to continue laughing. Nate Newton co-signing was the icing on the cake

More than one thing can be true

There is nothing wrong with calling out double standards

There is if you can't put any names on it. It will be read as race based conjecture.

It's as irresponsible as the Celtics making a statement that puts a big bright spotlight on all of the female staffers in its organization, we're seeing the fruit of that tree right here in this thread with women's personal information being posted with no real proof that they're the women in question.

“Yo you can’t do better than that, the hotel clerk who adjust the bathroom mat” :dead:

I wasn't in favor of a lengthy suspension, but if that truly is the one...they gotta fire his ass.

He obviously has very poor decision making skills

Why is it insulting? We should always call out racial double standards. Unless, of course, you're comfortable with the status quo racial hierarchy.

"well what about what people" is not calling out racial double standards, If Stephen A is aware of improprieties happening in sports orgs and only chooses to mention them when a Black person is in trouble, it seems kinda sus to say the least.

He's mentioning how a Black coach is getting treated differently than White coaches and executives have been treated. That is calling out a racial double standard. Why would he randomly mention improprieties that aren't relevant to current events?

"I got news for you America, there's plenty of white folks in professional sports that's doing their thing, I don't see the information out about them."

Again, this is irresponsible, why wouldn't he cite examples instead of wild conjecture that we have to assume is based on inside knowledge.

Work in HR. Every situation is differently obviously — to protect the organization from potential litigation or future liability I’d recommend a firing. Especially if he was told not to and did it again.
As an employment lawyer, I’d say this is probably the only option.
