It's not about it being two consenting adults having sex.

This isn't as if he just picked up some girl on the street and they went home and had consensual sex; this is an improper relationship in the workplace that can lead to discrimination, sexual harassment, exploitation and an imbalance in working conditions.

Take this for example: say Udoka was fukking some old ass white broad, and he made sure she moved higher up the chain, ultimately costing a harder working, more qualified Black woman from getting that position. Do you see the issue? What precedent does this set for women who're trying to get a position on their own merits, but end up getting overlooked because they're not fukking the right guy? Now, of course, this relationship Udoka formed with this woman could be completely innocent and it didn't affect anything within the organization, but imagine what culture that would create and lead to, especially in the #metoo climate we're living in right now?

Unfortunately for him, it's for the best he cops the harshest penalty, if only to stop this from happening again.

Some people won't understand it until they live it. Don't matter how fine she is somebody will grow tired of hitting its just life. Just like its just life spending time with people at work and catching feelings/vibes they do that joke you like or offer you coffee at the right moment or one crazy lunch with a few drinks in it and bam you have a fullblown work relationship and you didn't mean to do it. When I was younger just me being nice/sociable had me separating chicks fighting over me. Learned over the years to keep my distance be colder now that I have a lot more to loose.
