Do you see the issue? What precedent does this set for women who're trying to get position on their own merits, but end up getting overlooked because they're not fukking the right guy? Now, of course, this relationship Udoka formed with this woman could be completely innocent and it didn't affect anything within the organization, but imagine what culture that would create and lead to, especially in the #metoo climate we're living in right now?

The Celtics organization is clearly not structured like that but they put policies in place to mimic that so to avoid situations like this.
