A year suspension should have the same justification for actually firing him, but they haven't and have been passively dragging this out. They could end this for everyone firing him immediately too. This situation reeks of lesson teaching to me. I mean this has always kind of reeked of this once we found out he was suspended and not fired. Once that decision was made, I instantly was under the assumption that harassment/sexual assault was probably off the board.

To me this looked like "get back" from front office members to Ime for fukn someone among their ranks wife. He was suspended for policy violations which have not been made public. There's not doubt they are protecting people within that front office (both male and female), and the rumors of him having multiple affairs doesn't seem out of the realm of possibilities.

Lmao. He’s not returning breh. Suspension was a placeholder for both sides to go their separate ways. Firing him right away with so much money left on his deal would create a war between lawyers. Ime will never coach another game on the Celtics bench. That suspension just gives both sides more time to negotiate.

If the Org knows I wonder if people like Brad Stevens are safe. Yes it was Udoka who did it, but this would be a Organizational failure, Adam Silver won't like this at all.
