If you're saying that neither was superior to one another, and that because they both [almost] got fired, that would seem like it was a situation where they're both equally at fault? How is that comparable to this, where one is superior to the other (Ime would've been well aware of the power dynamic), and only one is getting reprimanded (to the point where he's suspended for an entire season), of which we don't know the full details but it sounds like he's guilty of more than just having a consensual relationship?
