Dudes keep bringing this argument up when they haven't even been in the Brett Favre thread themselves :mjlol:

Get the Brett Favre thread popping just like this one is and then come back and make that argument.
These idiots don't give a fukk about Brett Favre, Ime, or the Celtics. They just use threads like these to spread their baseless conspiracy theories.

I seen some idiot on here say they're suspending Ime to get back at black people because Robert Sarver got suspended for fondling male Suns employees are saying the n word :snoop:

Next time on Dragon Ball Z ass reporting. They contributed to those girls getting dragged through the mud

If it’s that bad why aren’t they just firing him? They’re doing him a solid?
I think a few reasons.

-PR nightmare to just fire him without saying ANY reason. Suspending him, having vague leaks coming out and then firing him would be easier from a PR point of view
-Have no idea how is contract is setup but they could be cheaping out on how much they would have to pay him. I doubt Udoka wants to leave money on the table if he knows he's not going to coach again.

Probably because

1. there was nothing criminal there
2. he’s a great coach
3. they went to the finals last year
4. they didn’t have a policy or protocol on what to do
5. the players like him
6. no viable replacement

Hard to know without the full story.

There could be legal substructure that is protecting him from being fired, and it's easier for the Celtics to just suspend him, when in actuality, they're phasing him out to the effect that he loses his job. Perhaps the woman in question had an influence on saving his job either out of self-interest of how she will be blamed, and/or she knows that whatever indiscretions he made aren't worthy of losing his job over.

You alluded to it in your previous post, but if the Celtics were coming off a 30-win season, I'd imagine he would've already been fired by now. His success is ultimately saving him.

Why would Udoka want to rush and take a job when he could wait until the offseason when even better potential job openings come up? He'd be better off taking the year suspension and out of the public eye in hopes that he can come back and start fresh even if it's not in Boston.
teams can hire him as a assistant, then promote from there.

One thing that I've read, and idk if this is true or not... but him and Nia Long had "broken up" or at least were apart while this entire fling was taking place.

Ime and her were COWORKERS and she was not a subordinate to him, but rather they worked in completely different departments

They ain’t trying to have him sign with another team this season.
As an assistant? I don’t know that any team is going to fire their head coach this close tô the start of the season to hire someone that was just fired for violating team policies.

Udoka is done done.

A third-party came in and conducted the investigation, which resulted in finding "a volume of violations", and nobody else got besides Udoka got reprimanded. What was it you were saying about your personal example where two people were arguing in front of everyone and both got fired, @CHICAGO? What was it you were saying about how he could've just told her to lose weight, @CHICAGO?

ONCE AGAIN....
IF THEY WERE fukkING ON
COMPANY GROUNDS THERE GOES
MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS...

2. HES IN A SUPERIOR POSITION
TO HER SO OF COURSE SHE ISNT
GETTING PUNISHED.

What’s the source for this?

@CHICAGO has mentioned but it’s:

1. Ownership
2. Management
3. Ime

Just because she worked in a diff. department doesn’t mean there wasn’t a power imbalance.

You can still be a subordinate despite working in different departments. He's the head coach, and unless this woman was on the standing of ownership or in a GM type of role, then she was most definitely a subordinate to him. It's all about influence/power, and the HC is gonna have that over someone who just works behind the scenes.
