If there was any criminal or civil liability I think he gets fired immediately and they say the reason (ie sexual harassment). I cant think of anything that would warrant year long suspension and all these theatrics if its just 2 consensual adults violating a policy. They sweep that stuff under the rug everyday. Why would they protect Ime if it really was criminal or civil by not disclosing that info? When has a black coach ever been protected? Keeping him if he did sexually harrass someone would only make them liable. I think they are actually protecting the women he had an affair with.
Thats why I think the investigation was triggered by a false accusation and uncovered something that was just embarrassing to team. they discovered it was consensual.. Maybe he was smashing dudes wife in the VP office. Or maybe he got her pregnant and she got an abortion. something crazy like that.

Think about it this way. Anyone think Adam Levine is the only rich guy fukking women behind his wife's back? Of course not. Plenty of dudes go years without being caught and put on that summer jam screen. Maybe he still gets caught fukking other people...but he doesn't get suspended and it doesn't become a huge media story. Maybe it doesn't even get out, unless Nia's people leak it.
