Out of anger (For no reason, nobody has insulted him) his real honest views just came out lol. This is the exact mindset I'm talking about. Its the scary docile mindset, the fear of failure and risk aversion & the ultimate covet of security. Nobody has told him to quit his job, many people have businesses and day jobs but in his mind its one or the other. The risk of a failed dream is so terrifying, it turns into a paralyzing nightmare that affects his thinking.
This is the same mindset that is plagued by alot of our most intelligent and capable.
We teach this mindset to our children.
Is this not injustice?

God I hate you full of shyt nikkas.......promise I am doing better with my 9 to 5 then your struggly ass business...we will see who fairs better in the long run though...the nikkas with security..or the nikkas with a failed dream selling dvds and incense on the street...to lazy to get a real job so they hide thier lack of initiative behind black pride

You know how many young bright minds are surrounded by people who think the same as some in this thread ?
Telling them that their dreams are wrong and impossible and to get in line and get a job...
Saying entrepreneurs are destined for failure etc...
It's all projection of self doubt...
Our people are toxic with this line of thinking.... it's crazy... the concept of ownership is almost blasphemy...
I would hate to be surrounded by some of yall... nothing but negativity and I'm positive that this killed many dreams over time...
I fund my entrepreneurial endeavors from my TWO jobs thank you. Nobody said you had to quit your job to sell incense but it doesn't surprise me to see you jumping to extremes to make your flimsy ass point, it's indicative of your bytchmade mentality
Yup and just think had I softballed my post he would have just dapped it and kept moving lol
I work with people who own businesses or investments on the side, some are black single mothers . That nikka lacks vision but I'd say black american ppl as a whole suffer from that severely.
because it's not like every dude is a scary negro like him. but among the ones who aren't it's sad to see the non risk adverse brehs only fathom rapping, sports and drugs as paths to wealth. And it's not for lack of ability because I've watched nikkas teach themselves how to use fruityloops, reasons and these other audio software, I've seen dudes pay for and build studios in their cribs. And it's not for risk aversion because hella black men choose to risk their lives and their freedom living the street life for an indefinite amount of time (no exit plan). That same ballsyness could be used as a stock trader or a salesman. But people don't even consider the possibility
It's fukked up how whenever a young nikka tells me he has a dream or lofty ambition I'm 100% expecting him to say he wants to be a rapper and I'm almost always right.
Not everyone wants to and not everyone has to... but we must encourage it
When it comes down to it every man has a dream and thier own version of success..jist because you read some self help book it doesnt make you a guru on life. Nor does it give you insight on another mans courage simply because he doesnt believe in what you believe. I asked many to provide some substance to help brothers down the path of ownership and got a response about nikkas asking for handouts..which convinced me...half of you nikkas have no idea what the fukk you are talking about. So many brothers dont work at all ...fukk owning a business..hell they dont even own a resume...but you telling men who do work..take care of they kids...put them through college...etc..etc..that they not doing enough as men? The redundancy and ignorance is fukking preposterous. We need more black men to be men...it shouldnt matter how they get money as long as they do...and raise strong children that are educated to either run STONG SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSES or become CEOs of someone elses..as long as they have financial security...that is all that matters...nikkas setting they sons up for a lifetime of struggle looking to pass on a struggling venture that never bore fruit...as a legacy to thier family...doesnt seem real or realistically admirable to me
Wipe the tears from your face nikka nobody is saying you're less of a man for not wanting to start a business. you can contribute to black economy without being a business owner
however you contribute a lot more to the black community as a business owner, ESPECIALLY if you're a black employer. You contribute more to pro blackness, the self esteem and quality of life of other black folks than twitter activists, ppl calling ppl c00ns on the coli, having a a black familty etc, just keeping it real.
We're all aware that a lot of dudes aren't even doing the minimum and if you're cool with being a consumer and being provided jobs, do you. That's the life of a regular american, but remember who you're at the mercy of on that path. But it disgusts me to see nikkas crying about "priveledge" while simeltaneously avoiding paths where they can create similar opportunity for their own children/community. nikkas have watched asians come to america broke and set up shop in black neighborhoods to build wealth down the line but call it impossible to do it themselves.
I can't accept it

If nikkas don't get by now why ppl on here are saying black people need more businesses and need to practice group economics, you'll never understand it. At this point it shouldn't even need to be explained
Group economics is just a normal thing to everybody else except us
Nobody's saying open businesses just so ppl can "brag" about owning businesses, we're encouraging it because it should be a normal thing for black people to be able to employ or work for other black people do you find it "stupid" when other groups open businesses especially in our communities and employ their people?.....no, you see it as normal. Well that type of thing needs to be seen as normal to us too
But thats my point..either way you go your still at the mercy of whitey. Rather your paying off the business loan...pining for contracts from people who will be your boss..paying off the tuition you had to obtain for your chosen profession..etc..etc your still in the same boat. The difference is you can say you own the business. And that is cool if its successful. But if its not then your still in same situation. Being a boss does not have one definition. Being a winner however does. You either are or you arent. Now you can say your a winner cause you have an LLC..but is it lucrative..are you balling or barely making it? Now if im balling with a career path that ive invested thousands of hours in...and you struggling consistently trying to get a business off the ground..how can you preach to me the importance of your belief? Oh its going to help the black man rise to prominence..but is it really. Like I said 2 million businesses out here already black owned..many of those businesses highly successful. But that has no affect on our society. Those brothers are doing good and on paper yes it shows us doing better. But where is this change youre preaching at? Does it give us more bargaining power? Political...even economical? No it doesnt. Because those brothers are surviving but the success is not trickling down. So do it dor pride..do it for self assurance..hell do it cause you hate working for others...but miss us all with this doing it for black unity bullshyt..because we are not unified. Or no more less unified then any other race out here should I say. We have more millionaires amd billionaires in our race then ever before..and the race as a whole has not been ergonomically uplifted one bit. Therefore do you...get it how you get it..and stop telling other black me these fallacies about the black economic gaurdian angel coming to save us. Cause we got money..and iy aint changing shyt...have of you nikkas wont even teacg others how to start a business but your idealsim is the unifying movement out race needs...
And those Asians who struggle with the mom and pop stores push thier kids to be doctors and lawyers...but your telling your kids no...dont work for some white mans hospital..or work trying to save others from these white mans laws...open a convience store in the hood...yeah..you might be broke..but you wont be a slave...like we arent all slaves to the dollar already...its a broken logic breh...my 2 cents...could be right could be wrong but the proof is in the pudding...and so far no fruit has been bore...
Black people aren't practicing group economics currently so using present conditions to discredit the implementation of those practices is hella disingenuous. If people make a concerted effort to practice group economics the assumed risk for all black business owners goes down . The relationship is symbiotic
The jig is up nikka, you're an excuse generating concern troll. begone
