Same. I remember it being anywhere between 20-25 dollars And this is way before we had all these subscription services charging people daily on the low.

In a country where people don't have money for emergencies this is huge.

That said I expect this to get challenged in the 5th circuit then reach the supreme Court and somehow get struck down

In my 20s those overdraft fees used to fukk my money up. They'd process the biggest bill first, and if I overdrafted, all the smaller charges would cascade down and I'd get hit for $35 for each one of them. I overdrafted one time when I was 24 or 25 and got hit with like 15 fees one weekend when I thought I had money, because everything hit on a Monday.

Back when I was young and broke them shyts would fukk you up. It would get bad because if you had one large purchase and 5 small purchases that put you over instead of processing the 5 small purchases and hitting you with one overdraft for the larger purchase, they would push the larger one through first to push you over then hit you with 25 dollar overdraft fees for them other 5 small purchases as well. nikka would end up paying 130 dollars for some snickers.
