Banes issue tho, for me anyway, is he’s ultimately a lackey. He’s a goon and in the third act he’s undercut by his superior and then dies off camera seemingly by accident.

So that hurts his case in my eyes

I think more cause Killmonger actually hit what of a lot of Black people can relate with & actually feel in America. A good character in a good movie that said some things we think everyday.

Bane was a good character in a bad movie, followed by Joker & 2 Face who I think is underestimated. The whole plan was stupid, trapping the cops was stupid, the finale was stupid. Bruce is a genius & too stupid to realize the goons might have something to do with these false stock decisions after Catwoman stole my prints & just happens to know Bane. Then he's not even the kid that survived the pit, he's a goon that got his ass beat & needs a mask. The acting job was great but if you really look at rising it was a dumb ass movie & Bats was stupid. And I say that as a owner of the trilogy.
