i always thought this verse ruined the song, he is just rambling on about nothin, spitting ramdom shyt that just sounds good. a song could be about anything the rapper wants it to be. obviously the term "devil in a new dress" meant something different to ross than it did kanye and so he flipped the concept from his point of view.
