This show makes me thankful I never had to work in a restaurant of any type

It’s bringing up awful memories of working at Taco Bell during rush hours, especially in Ep. 7.

Great show. Episode 7 was amazing.

Hated how Syd and the baker got butt hurt and stormed off.

shyt was dumb. Syd was dead wrong cause they were literally busy because of her and her ideas. The baker I get why he mad, but we’re getting 30 orders per min and you doing test trials

fukking 93 or whatever slices of cake pre-ordered at like 8 in the morning, boss is telling you repeatedly to stop fukking with the donuts and get to making cakes and you pull up on him 25 minutes later, knowing its been absolute chaos around you and he's losing his shyt, asking him to try a donut

Don't forget when he blew the electricity for the whole restaurant bc he was behind on cakes in a previous episode.

Marcus fukked up twice and still threw a temper tantrum. He childish as fukk

Just finished today, great show . I had planned to throw it on the backlog, but all the reviews and word of mouth had me bump it up to the top of the list. I'm glad I did.

Show has a real energy and gets you sucked into the world of the restaurant and the characters. If that is what it's like to work in a restaurant


The stress and anxiety seems real, but when you get a "Thank you Chef" or they tell you your dish is good

The Bear also benefits from having a well rounded cast that doesn't look like the type you normally see on TV.

So they were hinting to the tomato cans all season, "why was Michael buying these 28 oz cans instead of the 102 oz ones?" "do you know what KBL Electric is?" and the shyt was right in front of us the whole time. So he took loans from the guy Cicero for $330k and hid it in the cans....how? was he working with the canning company or something? how would tampered cans be unnoticed by such a meticulous chef?? that shyt is going to come back on them next season i guess

its not hard to believe that an accalaimed chef like CArmy could get funding for a restaurant. people and banks would be chomping at the bit for a partnership. Also Cicero knew Mike wasnt paying and kept loaning him heavy amounts of money. I think hes their uncle (birthday party episode) so he let a lot of shyt slide, plus he likes Carmy a lot. So as long as he gets his bread he'll be ok. although the obvious angle is for him to apply pressure so he doesnt look weak to other people he loans to. maybe he'll force an ownership stake in the restaurant or something
