Sounds plausible for the Rockets to win with the player that was supposed to be leading the MVP race at one point. James Harden won big games without Dwight Howard for a large part of the regular season but now we give him a pass because his team wasn't full strength?

Comparing a regular season game against some average team to a WCF game against the one seed:mjlol::francis::stopitslime::upsetfavre:

Houston needs its highest paid players if they are going to win this series...period

GS has gotten very lucky this post season..getting N.O first round , then an injured and offensively inept Memphis, and now D12 goes does in the first quarter (next year the seeding structure will be different)

All of this stuff gets lost in the translation of the GS winning, but make no mistake about it, this injuries are a BIG deal

Anyways If Houston stays healthy they have a chance...if not :yeshrug:
:beli: We're not lucky we're blessed. This is Gods plan.

But if Harden is gonna be co-signed in the regular season we gotta hold him responsible in the postseason. "Nobody does more with less than James Harden...truly impressive...he should be the MVP."

They won a series nobody expected them to win down 3-1 in the 2nd round and NOW the odds are too steep?

I Been watched Houston probably 50 out of the 82 games this year...while i agree on your points on T Jones... and J Smith
I can't consign what ur saying about Beverley...hes a premier defender and having him on Curry instead of Prigi, and Terry makes a difference

Everyone on the Rockets is seriously flawed, which is why Harden should have gotten more credit in their 2nn place finish and took the Mvp

You can talk shyt about Jones and Smith, but at the end of the day, they are they're best options at the 3 and 4..so there is really nothing else Houston can do.

Beverly got cooked by pretty much every top half to top 20 pg in the league. If you watched that many Rockets games and didn't see that then Idk what to say. :francis: I honestly don't even see how it's arguable but okay... I understand what you and many others are saying but I disagree pretty strongly.

& what I said about Smith and Jones was pretty mild. I can most certainly talk shyt about them if that's what i was tends do.

If Livingston didn't play then Kerr could lean on Curry to get them within striking distance before half. It's not like Steph has logged heavy minutes this season...he should be able to go all 48, the Warriors just have the luxury of an ideal backup point
But Curry was out there when Livingston was on the floor (when they made that comeback) - he got the majority of his points on the block and at the line. You can't automatically assume that the Warriors would've still won without him - it seems it's just expected this team comes back no matter what - they don't. They usually erase deficits because ONE role player makes a major difference from game to game - if that one player didn't have that same contribution/production (either making the most out of a favorable matchup or having the hot hand) - the Warriors simply wouldn't have won 67 games this season.

Beverley missed too many games this year for me to consider the the sample reflective of his true value...but at the end of the day he is a much better option then Prigioni defensively and he shoots the three ball at the same percentage

Harden was the best player on the floor in the 4th. He hit Josh Smith with a dime for a wide open layup to tie late and Smith fumbled it out of bounds.

D. Howard always looks like he's bullshytin':russ:...and he always seems to find a way to the sidelines:mjlol:. Still, if he can stay on the court Houston might pull this one off. But yo, I can't front, Steph Curry is :whoo:

A deep team is needed to win 67 games I know that. What you saw tonight was Kerr using that depth because he could. Curry is the type of player you can send off the ball if you have a backup the caliber of Livingston.

We won't know this for sure but if Livingston didn't play, Curry would log heavier minutes and put up more points dominating the ball. That production could be replaced with more Curry. Houston had no answer for him and they won't have an answer the rest of the series.
