Disgusting. The American Electorate has already footed the bill for these largely racist and corrupt institutions once and now that a decade has passed they are going to attempt to revert to many of the same policies that caused the greatest financial downturn since the great depression.

If you support them and their discrimination policies just say it. Tired of the fear mongering. The whole state of WV has teachers on strike because of shyt like this. Those Florida kids are ready to tear shyt up down there. At some point people are going to have to put up a fight instead of just letting things happen and accepting things the way the are.We could always replace them with Republicans.

I just think you haven't spent anytime in the states that you criticize for how their liberal politicians behave or what makes them liberal in extremely conservative places.

I've lived in Virginia, Louisiana, and Maryland. I've seen one state turn red to purple to blue. Another go completely off the rails and worked with local organizers to elect more progressive officials where I lived. Don't question me like I'm some bright eyed child. It's worthless. All I've been advocating for is a fair primary and exchange of ideas at each level of government. Then the people of those states can decide how they want to be lead.
But people always want to put the kibosh on that process and just tell you who the choices need to be. Hence we get stories and a back and forth like this.
