It's really a matter of skills and school..
I don't think that its really that low for every sub groups...

If they average them by years of education and type of education..it would give a clear idea on where to go to make more and what to do.

Obviously those who got a raw deal with early life education are making less.. but if they told them a skills trade could earn them a lot more... Those numbers would blow up.

How is a grown man in his 30s only making 40K?

I was making 40K as my base (~70K total after OT) in my shytty first field tech job fresh out of college after years of fukking up in college. This can’t be accurate.

I was making 37K my first job out of college, and that was in 2005. The work is there. They just don’t have a good work ethic, or take initiative.
