Wouldn't even be surprised. Because people been calling for Arrow and Black Canary to be a thing in every season, this would be the slickest but most fukked up way for everyone to get what they want

What if the writers pulled an okie dokie and had the team fake Laurel's death
Let it go...it's permanent.
She faked her death.. She explained it all in her monologue to Ollie. She wanted to quit but tonight made her realize she loved it.. So Laurel is dead (permanently) and she can now be Black Canary (permanently)
