Thats prolly why then. Its hard to keep replaying single player games, usually replays are years apart. Multiplayer game communities encourage sticking with the title to compete with friends/enemies. Your original post listed fifa, cod, fortnite, so i see why you constantly jumping solo games.

I used to love multiplayer stuff growing up when it was me and my bro or friends but now it’s not even fun going online with sf/mk/2k just to get your ass whooped by a 12 year old talking shyt to you in German. I’m not built for competitive online play anymore.

I just stick to my stories.

I feel that. It especially sucks runnin into griefers/team betrayers too. I lucked out by still havin some friends i grew up with to run as a squad for matches.

im now on Resistance 3. finished 1 and 2 over the past couple weeks. never grabbed me as a teenager but wanted to come back to the series as an adult n see if them feelings still held up. it was supposed to be the next big thing but never caught on n ended up a forgotten fps series. if anybody wants I'll give a detailed retrospective.

I really hate how ps3 era games look, they all have the brown-ish grey look to them. I’m not sure why that shyt was so en vogue at that time, metal gear solid 4 has it also. But the FPS games literally all look like that it bugs me so much.

give me the word n I'll give the long review on the series. only reason I haven't is because I wasnt sure anybody would care. but I have a lot to say about Insomniacs FPS trilogy. and yes resistance 1 had too much brown and grey but the series shifted. it was a very 2 steps fpwrward 1 step back trilogy.

I played 1 n 2 as a teenager n it didn't grab me, but on paper I shoulda loved it. 12 years later I decided to revisit as an adult to give it a more mature view at 28 years old n with a better understanding of the fps genre. I am currently running through Resistance 3 s I type this.

thinking about copping sniper elite 4 ($6) on the PS5 with the money I save from preordering deathloop...but there’s not a single thread on the game...wondering if that’s a bad sign

I bought Sniper Elite 4 during this PSN sale and love it.
What makes it even better is the full campaign having co-op as well.
The graphics and game play are great.
The levels are huge but there's plenty of checkpoints so you don't have to finish each level in one sitting.
