Exactly one year ago at this time is when I sold my AMC call for 1000% profit
In the last 12 months I've learned that most of the hype beasts pumping the memes don't know anything about investing or trading. They looking for a lotto ticket or views
We can get flooded with tweets from randos about obscure rule proposals, short interest and dark pools but not a thing about AMCs 10k,10Qs and earnings calls. Not one of them were giving entries and exits based on technicals. Just a lot of hyperbole and foxy brown math
Yeah and what kills me is they expect to be respected as investing geniuses instead of just people who hit a lucky lick. A lot of people are gonna get humbled this year.

Not everyone is like that. AMC 500K was stupid to me but the main person pushing that nonsense was I Really Mean It. I still believe the play will happen as the shorts have not covered and there are new regulations that will be in place within 30 days. That is why a lot of activity has died in this thread because you have people foaming at the mouth waiting to put down someone.
I do miss the instathots being posted in here though

man Breh they don’t care about regulatory guidance and they will do anything they can in order to not cover the shorts unless it’s beneficial to them. It’s a cold world but that whole the shorts have to cover stuff well it’s not true. And clearly they can manipulate the price to their benefit. I’m not sure what more we can say. Other than hold and hope but even than they have the finances to just keep kicking the can.
Daily we see all of these short squeezes occur you have some tickets that are over 125% short interest. This is just a fraudulent unfair game.
also think about the potential earnings many lost by just “hodling” I messed around and averaged up because I kept buying.
